(Root Canal Work). The practice aims to be mercury free and undertakes most restorations with gold or composite inlays or composite fillings using Optibond Solo/ Prodigy. Veneers are fabricated using Chameleon/Fortress porcelain. Bonded crowns using Ducera Gold. Root Canal Work is done using step down technique using Maillefer K flex nickel-titanium files and Profiles. Obturation using Thermafil Technique. (see X-Ray section for a examples) We have been using this method for 5 years. The sealant used is either Calcium Hydroxide or Zinc Oxide-Eugenol. Posts are either cast gold/ Maillefer Anchor or Parapost system. Endosonics used routinely. Biocompatible and non-antibiotic/steroid preparations only used. All work undertaken using loups. Re-treatment referals undertaken for difficult molar endodontics welcomed. Pan-Oral X-Ray system, full-fibre optics, Optident 500 lightcurer Evident Operating Loups, digital apex location, automatic X-ray developing. Private laboratory with personal 1:1 shade matching and adjustment.
